We work directly with farmers across Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and beyond, building relationships that ensure not only exceptional quality but also fair compensation and sustainable practices. From Cherry to Cup, Every Step Intentional

Sourcing

We visit farms and build direct relationships with growers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. Only the top 2% of harvests earn the Iconik standard.

Roasting

Small-batch roasting in our custom-profiled drum roaster allows precise control over every variable — temperature, time, and airflow — to reveal each bean's unique character.

Quality Control

Every batch is cupped and evaluated by our head roaster before it's approved. If it doesn't meet our exacting standards, it doesn't leave the roastery.

Serving

Whether you're enjoying a pour-over at our counter or brewing at home, we provide guidance and support to ensure every cup performs at its peak.
